I was told a very clear pricing structure and that he could work at 11:30 Sunday. We decided we could figure it out ourselves, but why bother. The price was fair and we wouldn’t have to stress about getting it right. He showed up at exactly 11:30. He moved extremely quickly. No time was wasted. He set a fair price he would charge if we have him come take care of the finish carpentry in a couple weeks. We plan on doing just that."
