Best deck cleaning pros near Windsor Heights, IA

"I am extremely pleased with the repair of my 45-year old deck and steep wooden staircase from Ted Brown, the Deck Doctor. Ted was quickly responsive in getting me a reasonable work estimate. He began the work quickly, replacing damaged wood while maintaining original deck to keep my costs down where feasible. He was honest, personable and helpfully communicative. He and his assistant worked quickly and provided a thorough clean up each day. I highly recommend him."

"We chose Beam Construction to replace our aging deck based largely on the strength of the reviews on Angie's List...and those reviews were spot on. Ermin Artukovic examined our deck, made some suggestions, then gave us a detailed estimate. He was pleasant and sincere, wanting to make sure we understood his plan for a new deck and how much it would cost. He and his crew showed up on time and were quietly competent and professional. They dismantled the old deck and built the new one in a single day. They cleaned up the debris and hauled it away. They even volunteered to trim some low-hanging branches from a tree in our yard. Replacing an old deck can be stressful. Ermin and his crew took the stress out of it. We are delighted with our new deck and with Beam Construction. We can heartily recommend them."

"Couldn’t of ask for any better. They did a great job explaining the pro and cons of staining or painting my deck. No pressure sales, job was done fast and without any issues. Great price and great service. Highly recommend."

"Josh Babcock did excellent work. He communicated well with me, was very easy to work with, and was quite thorough. I had a big shed and he found out it was too bad to repair so we decided to take it and all the huge shrubs around it totally down and he built a new one to my liking . He also did well on several small indoor projects. I would definitely hire him again. And each day- he always cleaned up the construction messes! That’s not something some construction people do."

"The deck and staircase is perfect."

"Work with us very well and has good communication, he accomplished the appointment and he is very professional with clean work."

"Ethan did an excellent job redoing my whole garage. I would definitely give him a call."

"Great quality service overall. They installed fiber cement siding and painted our house. They also resurfaced our deck as well. They were very professional and did quality work. Great attention to details, too! High caliber customer service- whenever I had questions or concerns, Nick would reply promptly via email, text, or a phone call. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone."

"High quality work!! We needed some board replaced on our deck and he did a fantastic job and cleaned up his mess so well - deck cleaning could be another service they offer!!! Very pleased with the work and the price. I knew up front what it would cost and he allowed me to make changes when he arrived to do the work. The estimate was fair and he worked very hard - and late into the evening to finish up the deck. Would certainly recommend Dallas!!"
