demolish an existing back porch and construct a large 3-season room on the back of his house.  As he expected, the work

The owner, Tim, was very courteous, informative, and easy to work with. "They send contractors for you. If you are not happy, they will send somebody else. Sometimes they don't send a good contractor and we have problems with them. They have details in their contract that they don't tell the customers. You have to call them to make sure the service is covered in the contract."
