"Kellis Clean Korners did a FANTASTIC job mowing, weeding, and trimming our yard. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked diligently (in 90 + degree weather), swiftly and cleaned up and removed debris, and swept where needed! We are so pleased with their services , and fair pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a job done!"

"Great communication. Very easy to deal with. When talking to Zach(?) on the phone about scheduling, he was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Gabe, the delivery/pickup person, is also very polite, knowledgeable & professional young man. He took the time to make sure the dumpster was placed exactly where we needed it. He even took a few minutes to visit about our project. I got the feeling this company is very customer oriented and will do within reason what it takes to help/work with the customer."

"The call came from work and asked me to move as soon as I could. I hired Moving APT to hurry up the moving process. They were just brilliant. I think some levels of trust are really needed between the client and the moving company because essentially you are entrusting them with everything you own. The movers were very good at building trust. They listened to me, paid attention to packing and carried everything with extra caution. Even the guy on the phone when I first called them seemed very friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable leaving my valuables in their hands for 3 days. When they delivered everything on the due date, there was no harm caused to anything at all. Turns out these men are the best in business and hiring them was a no brainier."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

No, you can’t place hazardous waste in a dumpster unless you specifically ordered a dumpster for hazardous waste removal. If the dumpster company finds hazardous waste that it didn’t approve for dumping, the company will return the waste to you, and you’ll likely face a fine for illegal dumping.

You should ask a few questions to ensure that your potential lead removal professional is experienced and qualified to handle lead-paint abatement safely, legally, and properly.

  • What are your qualifications and experience removing lead-based paint?

  • Are you licensed and certified to remove lead-based paint?

  • How do you test for lead paint?

  • What methods do you use for lead-based paint abatement?

  • What do you plan to do with the hazardous material when you remove it from the home?

  • Do you do replacement and painting work or removal only?

Lead removal services typically cost between $1,000 and $5,000, depending on the extent of lead presence, the property size, and the complexity of the abatement process.

If your home was built before 1978, there’s a chance that any paint on your hardwood floors could be lead paint—especially if it was already there when you moved in. Because lead is toxic, hiring a licensed pro to remove it is mandatory. The average price for professional lead paint removal ranges from $1,500 to $5,300 and depends on the scope of the project.

You may see specialty products for sale to remove lead dust, such as D-Lead surface wipes. But you do not need to buy a special cleaner just for lead dust. A regular all-purpose cleaner, like 409 or something similar, is sufficient for cleanup. Just make sure to follow the manufacturer's directions when using it and to dilute with water.
