He let me know what time they would get to my job and everything that was going on during the work process. This is something that a lot of contractors just fail to do in my past experiences. They provide top notch equipment, with many different attachments for various types of jobs during the entire process. This ensures that the job is done correctly, the first time! Lastly, customer service could not be better. They (Will and Tim) stayed with the job until I was completely satisfied. Always keeping a great attitude no matter how many questions I asked. Most of which just felt like a rushed job with a ton of corner cutting and no attention to quality. Our two biggest complaints were 1) the contractor has refused to turn over any materials purchase documents so we have record of the purchase for warranty purposes, and 2) We have an issue with one of the steps that has a saw cut in it that needs to be replaced. The contractor will not return text messages or calls. Before I would make a final payment to this contractor, I would make sure everything is totally complete, and you have all the paperwork to support the project. Our mistake was to give him a check late in the day of his final say on site, without having the ability to take a good long look at everything in the light of day.
