128 The Crystal Clean employees told me before they left that they had cleaned the dryer duct thoroughly but that maybe I needed to replace the dryer, as it still wasn't heating properly. I sent a check ($84) but then called another company (Greg's Appliance Repair) to have the duct checked...
For the most part, ok. The first time I used them I was more impressed. This time there were several things I have an issue with. What they did clean, they did well. This is what I am going to call the owner about: 1. All of the mirrors look like they were wiped down with a very wet cloth...
The cleaning person came an hour late. She went about her work diligently but the dirt in the textured floor is still there and some water dripped from the mop she was using and left dirty marks on my carpeting. I now have to get some one to clean my carpets.
