I didn't have a whole lot of interaction with them, which is pretty much what I wanted. They came, did the job and left. They gave me a free estimate, which was important in today's world.
Tom arrived to do an estimate when he said he would and he was polite and professional. He made it clear that he might not get to my job for weeks because of a backlog of work. I was fine with that. He didn't give me a specific date when the tree would be cut down. In fact, he just showed up...

"It didn’t go! On the Handy app it kept saying that they hadn’t found a pro yet to do my job. Then on the day that I had asked them to start I was informed she had to cancel because of an emergency! What?? I didn’t even know anyone was hired? She would come the next day. All this was being done on the app or by email. No phone calls. I canceled the whole thing. Unfortunately they charged by checking account and now I have a credit for a service that I will not being using. Am not happy with Handy"
