Each job is as unique as those I am working not only for but just as importantly those I am working WITH. By this I mean none other than every client(s) is to each their own who some already have a very distinct, detailed, and predetermined vision as far as what they want. Some don't have the slightest idea and are looking for my input, suggestions, expenses and help coming up with a budget that is with in ones reach and that does not overwhelm or discourage a person from making their once dream space a reality. Every person I work with is encouraged to share any ideas, whether you've been revisiting an old idea or wanting to try something new. I will ALWAYS take time to not only sit down & listen to you but discuss, calculate, provide a copy of and discuss any ADDED expenses as well as any incurred CREDITS due as a result of any changes made to an already existing customer agreement. All proposed changes / costs will be discussed to its fullest and must be signed off as accepted by the client requesting proposed changes. I have an open mind policy meaning 1. "First date scheduled by them, not us, no show, no call, no text. We had to call them to find out the crew got redirected to fix another crew's screwup. They set a new date and same result. Finally showed up later that week. Crew was exceptionally good, cabinets are great. 98 year old house required custom sizes. Decided to add fake cabinet doors to finish one little section of wall and was quoted $1000 and given a timeframe. Called after the time came and went and found they had a really big job in another town and just blew us off. No apology or communication of any kind. Nice cabinets, poor communication and scheduling."
