The project was commissioned but Crystal Estates HOA for its 25 4 plex and duplex buildings. Kyle managed the project without problems and to the HOA's complete satisfaction. Kyle continues to do miscellaneous repair and maintenance for the HOA property in a high quality and timely fashion. We are very glad that we have him."

"Great small business, ran by a local guy in Cedar Rapids. He tore down an old free standing garage on the property and took care of the all the scraps and demo. Had such a great experience the first time, I hired him again to rip out the old deck, and build a brand new one. Summer evenings have been great on the deck. The old eye sore of the garage is gone and grass grows where it used to stand. Will be hiring again for the next project!"
