    The process was a HUGE PROJECT. Preparing our home consisting of 3 levels + entire basement walls/shower/floors, in order to put it on the market for sale. Every area had to be in top top condition. If we had even the slightest issue, Paint Pro was readily available to meet our needs in a timely fashion. They stayed completely on task, asked questions, were extremely cordial & cleaned up behind themselves throughout the entire project. We had no experience in the window situation however, Mr. Yezek stepped in & provided personal knowledge, as well as physical assistance & guidance in completing both windows start to finish. They will certainly be on the top of our list in providing a variety of services, due to their knowledge, experience & desire to complete a project!     In February 2013 we hired Premier Construction to undertake an extensive building project which included an addition to our house that doubled the existing square footage, a remodel of the existing space, and the construction of a detached garage. Also included in the project were a rear deck, a front covered deck, and a patio just off the newly constructed walk-out. Our building project with Adam and Premier Construction was definitely a collaborative effort and the design options Adam presented to us always reflected our wishes and preferences. As the project advanced, there were change orders at our request which Adam took in stride with his characteristic can-do cheerfulness. Adam never sees a problem that can't be fixed or a challenge that can't be met and he possesses a great aesthetic sense as well as an impressive amount of knowledge and experience in the construction business. The end result, which we are now enjoying, is a seamlessly executed addition which has all the features we most desired. The quality of workmanship in the addition surpasses that of the original dwelling, a credit to Adam and the first-rate team of employees and sub-contractors associated with Premier Construction. We have no plans for further improvements...but...if we ever decide to build a party shed, we'll call Adam

    We were referred to Adam by our daughter. We just purchased a home and were having work done prior to moving in. We knew we wanted a sun room but we were not sure about the details. Adam met with us and walked us through all the different styles of sun rooms his company has completed and gave us some great ideas. His website was really helpful in viewing some of their past projects. We were on a strict deadline to get moved into the house and Adam met and exceeded all deadlines, his crew completed the entire sun room in less than a week! Adam recommended a stone accent wall in the room to match the rest of the house and we love it! We are very pleased with our sun room and Adam was great to work with - he knows his products and helped us with design as well. We definitely recommend Premier Construction as a contractor

    Laura was the project manager and the consultant. She was very attentive when I told her what colors I liked and what features that I wanted to include in the remodel. She came back with appropriate choices for me. She did all the shopping for me and let me pick from five or six different design choices. She was very willing to work with local contractors as well as bring in contractors that she knew to be reputable. The local contractors I knew personally. The contractors that she brought in were very respectful of my home and they worked very hard. She had brought in some innovative ideas that were well appreciated. She was conscious of keeping the project moving along. They wasn't much down time and she kept it moving along as quickly as possible. I would undoubtedly recommend her to anyone. Very easy to work with

    Rebecca Harrison has done a miraculous job of creating not just an incredible work of art for my formally stark dining room, but managed to incorporate a representation of many of my favorite memories. I asked for a murella that would remind us of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park where my family has spent so much time. I enjoy getting lost in the feeling of flying over these special places, and recalling specific memories of my sons catching their first fish, sledding, skating on the ice covered ponds, and camping near the herds of elk in the fall. I remember anniversaries, birthdays, crafts, family reunions. My experience with Rebecca was amazing! She collaborated with me on what I wanted on my mural, what I wanted it to represent, and what colors she thought would look good in my space. The Murella was super simple to hang using self stick Velcro tabs, so I can take it with me when I move, or if I decide to move it to a different space in the house. �

    I needed to replace my home's original deck. A friend recommended Jim Pull with Premier Exteriors, so I had Jim out for a consultation and estimate. I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with this company

Jeremy was excellent in doing the job and was able to match the texture of existing walls. We provided the paint and moved furniture. That was it. As for cost, the estimate was below 2 competitors and I added a few things while he was here. We had some specialty painting done (ceilings) and two-tone walls. Done without a single hitch! <br /
