We had an issue with the floor we chose to order for them to install but Brandon and JD were able to resolve it. When we bought i,t the manufacturer didn't specify it was multi toned so they counted the pieces and had enough to just use the lighter color we liked. We absolutely love the quality of the product. I can't say how pleased I am with it's authenticity. I even spilled hair coloring in the shower and I was petrified that it would stain and it didn't! I love the sheen, the pattern, and the stain resistance. The cabinets and vanity base quality was outstanding woodwork as well. Thank you for doing such a beautiful job and keeping our home clean. "It went great. Jared called 30 minutes before his arrival and got there around 3:30 p.m. and was here working until after 7:30 so that we could have it finished that day. He had to make a trip to a supply shop for parts that were not included in the faucets we had purchased. We had purchased 3 bathroom faucets ahead of time that didn't come with all the parts needed to install them. We purchased the laundry room faucet from Golden Rule. Jared was very polite, friendly, and helpful. We asked him about replacing a tub faucet in the master bath and he checked to see whether we could the finish we wanted, which we could not as it has been discontinued. We regularly use Golden Rule for plumbing, heating and cooling and have always been impressed with them.

"Hoss gave us a reasonable price and started work a few days later. We had a shallow bathtub, plastic surround, and old tiled walls and floor removed. He has a young, hard working crew. They installed a deep bathtub, tile surround and floor, new drywall and paint. They were fast efficient and cleaned up before leaving everyday. We love our new bathroom. We will hire them for other home improvement projects."
