"Andres discussed several options with me for a raised deck or patio to the backdoor. He set a reasonable price for all the work he did: raised concrete patio with stairs, door installation, wood railings plus he and his crew were extremely helpful with small jobs I asked for. "I had my condo's balcony enclosure replaced with screens, double glass windows and doors, venetian blinds and flooring, Andrew Mulichak was the design consultant I worked with. He was terrific. He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."
