I did the 12 months 0% financing, so they got their money up front through the loan company and I had no leverage to get the project completed. The sales rep was pushy about signing the paperwork that day to lock in a discounted rate. Broken windows were repeatedly not fixed and kept having to reach out to corporate to get anything to move. No english from the installation crew who left a mess outside my house. Large wood pieces, aluminum, broken glass, old window springs, and spray foam were left scattered around my yard. Wrong replacement materials were ordered by the project manager further delaying my project. Constantly had to reach out to corporate to keep everything moving as the local office could've cared less. Multiple late arrivals for scheduled appointments with out warning. Completely unacceptable service."
