Due to the programs being utilized to complete the program, Jake and his crew have been working with our hired architect and engineer to design our certified historic rehabilitation. The rehab is being completed on a small commercial building in Keota, IA, that was originally built in 1897. They were regularly involved in making plans for the project leading up to the actual start of construction in August 2019. Their crew has been on the job consistently from day one. The project involves a top to bottom gut and rehab of the structure. Jake and his crew have been great to work with and have been very concientious and open about the project budget and have been great about suggesting alternative methods that could provide better or equivalent results at a lower price. "They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."
