Gave me discount $123.05. - REALLY? ABSOLUTELY should have never been charged for 2nd call. Be sure to have tech give you a Job Status card of work done. I was not given one on first service call. Also, warranty information is listed- 90 days- another bit of information not communicated. Failing to open your flue can lead to serious health hazards if you start a fire because the smoke will back up into your home.
