They called me approximately 45 minutes ahead of time to let me know we were next up for service, and then again when the technician was on his way. When Ty arrived at the door, he put booties on over his work boots to keep the carpet clean, even though I told him it wasn’t necessary. "I called Supreme Air Duct Cleaning 5 days before I was moving my parents into their new home. Irrespective of the short notice, Rick came out and spent hours cleaning out all the vents in the home that very next evening. Rick was clean, professional and courteous during the entire time he worked with us. He showed me pictures of the vent systems before and after the cleanings. They were disgusting to say the least, with a thick layer of dust, dirt, residue, cobwebs hanging everywhere and who knows what else. Afterwards they looked brand new. During the cleaning I was working in the kitchen and there was no indication of the work being done in the form of dust or smell. Supreme's equipment sucked out all the filth without leaving me any additional work or cleaning to do of which I was extremely grateful. Rick also pointed out issues with the heating/cooling system of which we weren't aware and gave us information on how to keep our system working well.
