Small jobs welcome

"I My name is Bill Anderson, and I am from Pleasant Hill, Oregon. I would like to take the opportunity to talk about Angela Finney, a person that did housekeeping work for me here, and someone I have known for years. Angela is a person that not only did great work, but was thorough and efficient. She always asked if there was anything in particular needed to be done, and was willing to do additional work if needed. She is quick but didn't miss anything in the process. She always told me if any cleaning supplies needed to be restocked, so that next time an item was not available but needed. I was very happy with the quality of the job she did and would have recommended her to others needing this type of service. She is now starting a cleaning service called Sunshine Cleaning, and if it were available in my area, I would certainly utilize them. Angela is decent, honest and always had a good disposition while doing her job. I am sure you can not go wrong with Sunshine Cleaning. Thanks."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

It generally involves soft washing with eco-friendly detergents to remove contaminants, avoiding high-pressure methods that can damage materials.

Inspect for debris, clean drains, and regularly check for punctures or cracks to maintain performance.

Iron, or ferrous sulfate, is one of the fastest methods for killing moss. As such, you’ll find this ingredient in many lawn fertilizers and lawn killers. Vinegar is another solution for quickly killing moss. It takes just 15 to 20 minutes for vinegar to take effect. A harsher method is bleach, which also has a similar time frame for taking effect.

To maintain a slate roof and prolong its lifespan, conduct regular inspections, ideally annually, or schedule professional inspections. Key maintenance includes cleaning gutters regularly, promptly replacing any broken or damaged tiles, and ensuring the flashing remains intact to prevent leaks. It is also recommended to remove overhanging tree branches and address minor issues as soon as they appear.

Leaving a significant amount of snow on your roof can be risky. Most roofs are designed to handle about 20 pounds per square foot of snow, but exceeding this limit can lead to a roof collapse. A collapse can cause severe damage to your home and belongings and poses a physical danger to anyone inside. Furthermore, heavy snow accumulation increases the risk of ice dams, which can cause leaks and water damage to your roof, attic, and interior walls.
