Terry is very open about what he is doing and why. He is also a good listener to our ideas and offers suggestions for the completion. Terry is a perfectionist. Terry did trim work, a feature wall and flooring for us. All excellent. We already have recommended him to others.

Gary completely gutted and remodeled my basement. He did an awesome job! He framed in the walls, then sheetrocked after blown in insulation was done. He finished a family room, a bedroom/craft room and a bathroom which included a beautiful tiled shower. He laid vinyl plank flooring and he painted for me. He did everything! You can't go wrong with Gary. He is very conscientious and does awesome work read less

Really went well! I asked them to restretch my lower level carpet and they were responsive and sent a great installer. They were really nice to help me even though I hadn't gotten the carpet from them (I've gotten other carpet from them before and all went well). A+

They were very professional and curtious in the installation. The house looks like new and we couldn't be happier. Only two complaints, but very minor. Installation was quoted at about 4 days by the salesman and the instalation actually took about 7 days. Installer told me that was about right, that the salesmen under estimate the installation time. The carpet remenents were not vacuumed up, so we had to do our own cleaning. Otherwise the installation looks fabulous and would definitely recommend this company for materials and installation read less

Good communication with job status. We were consulted whenever questions arose regarding our preferences. We were free to inquire at anytime day or evening with any questions we had. Work progressed according to schedule. As the job took place within our living quarters, the area was fully cleaned prior to each day's quitting time read less

We have underfloor heating that restricts the kind of pad and carpeting you can use without interfering with the way the floor heats the house. They understood the issues involved and were very helpful in identifying carpeting that satisfied the heating demands but still provided the soft feel of high pile carpeting. Their installers arrived on time, took the old carpeting out, installed the new carpeting, and cut some of the old carpeting out for use to use as carpet runners elsewhere in the house. The seams they made were transparent and they cleaned up after themselves completely. Excellent work. Completely satisfied read less

We bought our house in mid-May 2012 and planned to move in July 1. We did the demo work ourselves. Our first contractor and crew was slow, disorganized, and messy. They had no sense of time. We hired Paul to put up our fence about mid-June, but when he saw the state of our house project, we ended up talking about that and hiring him to take over as general contractor. He brought in extra people to try to meet our deadline. When Paul came on board the beams had been replaced, some electrical and plumbing work had been done, the gas furnace was in, but the water heater still needed to be installed. The windows and patio door were in. The basement stairs had been done and work started on the downstairs bath. The walls were still at the studs. The place was a mess. Paul put together a crew that worked efficiently and even cleaned up at the end of each day. A lot of the previous plumbing work had to be redone. Apparently we'd had an unlicensed plumber previously. The on-demand heater was difficult to install but the new plumbing crew figured it out together with our furnace guy. Paul brought in a drywaller who did a wonderful job getting the walls up and finished. They even painted which we had planned to do ourselves. We could always contact him by text him to find out how things were going, what he needed. We didn't feel like we had to be there every day to stay on top of things. He understood our time schedule. We didn't feel like we were walking through a dump when we visited the house. He helped us through the inspection process. We didn't finish quite on time, but considering everything we did well to be just a few days later. We ended up spending a lot more money than we'd anticipated, but we got quality work done when we needed it read less

The price was all tied up into the contract repayment. It is top of the line vinyl and they lay it on almost like you lay ceramic tile.

Bob removed the old carpet quickly and efficiently and suggested the floor be painted to reduce odors from the old floor. He was flexible with time - removing the carpet a week before so I had time to paint the floor. Bob Graham did an excellent job laying the hardwood. He was very particular about the wood and the overall look of the room when it was finished. Bob made suggestions to save money, but also suggestions to improve the look of the room, like vent covers and baseboard. Bob wanted the entries from the front door and into the kitchen to flow well and not create an area to trip over. He looked for wood that fit the change in height. He was very particular, reducers were too high and went to store to find the correct wood type. he finished any wood he needed. Bob also laid on his stomach to remove old carpet from under a cabinet that was installed over the carpet. He then cut the wood and glued it, so it appeared the cabinet was installed over the wood. He added $115 to his bid for this extra work, but it was worth it. The finished floor is beautiful read less
