"Painter substituted lower quality paint (Latitude) vs specified Duration. Received nothing but bad attitude when I contacted the Des Moines office for resolution. I understand the risk when using Certa Pro as they typically use subcontractors for the work, but was shocked by the poor customer service from the actual Certa Pro operations person. She actually offered me $0.79 (not a typo, actually less than $1) as a resolution. This is the first negative review I have ever posted, so yes, very poor "
