He was professional, friendly, and got right to work. His experience and problem-solving skills were clear right from the start. When my old pipes for one drain didn’t allow him to snake down far enough to clear the clog, he simply moved to another drain to do what needed to be done. Shortly after that, the clog(s) was cleared. But when came time to do the work I found I should have gotten so much more in writing. I agreed to keep the dirt dug out because I was provided they would spread it on my side yard. Nope, I’m now sorting out how to spread this large pile and it’s ending up costing me more money and time. I also was under a different understand of where and how the sump pump would be draining than was actually the case. If I use them again I will definitely make sure whatever is agreed upon with the sales person is well documented in the contract."
