"I hired them in 2020, signed with them to complete multiple repairs from hail damage. I paid a $3,000 deductible. They repaired the home roof. It took a lot of contacting on my part to get it done. They were to come back and repair a bathroom ceiling, garage, and siding. I had to get multiple extensions from my insurance company due to the company lack of communication and follow-through on repairs. After a year of nothing being completed and excuse after excuse, they claimed they were filing a third extension with my insurance, that never happened. Over the span of almost two years, 20+ documented phone calls and e-mails they STILL did not respond. My insurance closed out my claim and now I am left with thousands of dollars in repairs to cover on my own even though they would have been covered if completed in the timeframe given and extended multiple times through insurance. I filed a complaint with BBB who also could NOT get a response. They ARE taking advantage of people and I will be pursuing further action on this. I have everything documented. Horrible customer service, horrible communication and horrible business practice."
