The project ended up being a bit bigger than they originally estimated, but they followed through completely. The deck is fantastic. He was always thinking about usability for the deck after he was done, and made several wonderful suggestions of ways they could do things differently along the way. In the end we got to factory what we hoped, and the only additional cost over the original estimate was for wood to surround the entire deck to keep animals out, something we did not plan for from the start in any way. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
