"Hired to replumb house on slab. Two baths, kitchen, laundry, water heater and one outdoor faucet. He started 11/5. He passed a rough inspection 11/18 based on what he told the City inspector he was going to do. He claimed he also needed to replace the water line from the pit where the meter is. The necessity of that has never been established. That was passed and he was paid in full 12/23 at which time he said he would be back in a few days to finish a few things. Despite several promises he did not come back and stopped answering the phone or texts a couple weeks ago. I engaged a different plumber 2/23."
