Replaced pump...and met my unrealistic needs for timing (left a message at midnight on Sunday and said I needed the work done before leaving on business Monday at Noon)!

quickly and promptly. Appreciate the promptness and skill in which it was done.

first tech was prompt and said my randomly running toilet needed a new flapper. He replaced. It still randomly ran for 5 seconds about once an hr. I recalled ampm, and the owner himself came out. He did a dye test (which the first guy should have done) and said it was the tower seal in the tank. OK.........so he was going to call me with an estimate to put in a tank replacement kit including tower.As an alternate he was going to give me a quote on a new toilet and install. That was last thursday and its now end of business day the following tuesday.( I left a reminder message on their phone last friday) No follow up .....they seem to be highly rated but my luck not so good, or maybe job not big enough.....not sure what to think?.

went very well. Done quickly, they cleaned up and did everything very professionally.

They got here when they said they would, they completed the work quickly and left the room cleaner than when they came. I would definitely recommend them.

I had called AM PM Plumbing and an appointment was set to troubleshoot my water heater problem.  They arrived on time, were professional, very knowledgable and able to diagnose the problem.  I then made another appointment for 2 days later to fix the connection to my power vent.  Again, they were prompt and wasted no time changing the connection.  I'm so excited that I have found a plumbing company I can trust, is affordable, very knowledgable and actually shows up when they say they will!  Excellent!

From the time I first contacted the business through installation everything went very well.  The team of two arrived on that date and at the time promised.  They were professional and worked diligently.  Upon completion they cleaned the work area and then explained the paperwork and how the new water heater works and before leaving recommended steps I can take to help prolong the useful life of the heater.

Brian squeezed me in to his schedule to fix a leaky connector on my new refrigerator. Responded quickly and worked around my schedule despite the hectic holidays. It's good to know there's honest, hardworking, respectful contractors like them on Angie's List. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. 

It was misting and he took the time to put on and take off booties so that he didn't track into my home. 
He was done very quickly and went to the extra effort of replacing a connector that was required (no additional charge). He hauled off the old toilet, box from new fixture, etc. 
Once again Brian was quick to respond, neat and professional. Wore booties, and very respectful to my home. Glad to see nothing's changed in the last three years (I used him in 2012 and he was just as great!). Only good things to say and have recommended to my neighbors on nextdoor.com

I called Brian to assist an elderly friend with a pipe that was leaking inside a wall.  He arrived at the time he said he would, was very professional, determined where the leak was and very quickly made the necessary repairs.  The bill was very reasonable for the time and the materials needed to make the repairs.

We would certainly recommend this service and would use again.
