"When the movers arrived, they were very friendly and looked ready to start loading. Beau and his crew worked very well as a team. They were organized. But before they arrived, I was asked to give an inventory so they could determine how much space was needed. Luckily, I was organized and lined up my boxes, bags, TVs, etc. in the living room and garage which made it easier to pick up and load the truck. The guys moved fast and even added extra padding protection to the TVs. I didn’t expect that, but at that point I could tell they really cared about their customers and really went beyond the call. There was extra room in the truck and they even asked if I wanted to have anything else moved. At my new destination, they brought everything up and asked which room each item goes in. Hey, they really lined everything up nicely and all my items arrived in the same condition. When the last item was unloaded, I looked at my timer and wow everything was completed in about 2 hours. How awesome is that, from their office in Kapolei to my old home and to town. I had to brag to my friends that my movers were better than theirs.
