"RIP OFF!!! DO NOT USE!!! They totally took advantage of my daughter! Kaui quoted me $215 for a “move out” cleaning for my daughter’s 650 sq ft, 1 bed, 1 bath apartment, and they wouldn’t have to clean the carpet. (It was going to be replaced) Plus my daughter is a neat freak, so the apartment was already very clean. When Kaui and team arrived to clean, she complained to my daughter about the furniture in the apartment, and having to clean around it. ? (The apartment came partially furnished so obviously it wasnt being removed from the place.) Considering they didn’t have to clean the carpet anyway, that shouldnt be an issue. But Kaui told my daughter she would have to charge an extra $100! For what?? My daughter was moving out of state the next day, so she was forced to comply with this ridiculous and unfair price in order to be able to provide her landlord with the receipt for proof of professional cleaning. My daughter arrived after the cleaning to find that they had thrown away the remaining food (which was not requested) and now she had nothing to eat. Her brand new unopened box of allergy pills was missing (which was needed daily and isnt cheap). To top it off, Kaui didnt provide the receipt or respond to my daughter’s requests for it, until I called Kaui 30 hours later. Moving out of Hawaii is very expensive, and forcing someone to come up with an extra $100, at the last minute, that wasn’t agreed upon, in a situation where there is no choice, is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Initially, Kaui quoted me the $215 because she wanted to beat the other quotes I’d gotten and “wanted the business.” After forcing my daughter to pay $315 (to clean a tiny, already clean apartment!) it was the most expensive of all my other quotes. Kaui knew exactly what she was doing and how to take advantage of a young woman in this situation. You are a liar and a rip off."
