Bronson was very helpful and informative. He educated me on what he would be doing and what chemicals he would be using. He was very thorough. "Absolute horrible company and completely unprofessional. They put a key lock into my apartment door to prevent me from getting in. We got the all clear Saturday night at 6 pm that we could go home, but couldn't get into apartment because of their lock key. Called multiple times, no answer so I had to go in through the upstairs apartment and take the lock apartment to get in. After two weeks of them trying to "fix" it they are now saying I broke it when I removed the two screws to pull the lock out. They refuse to take responsibility and apparently I should have stayed in a hotel for two weeks until they got the part to fix my door. Save yourself a lot of hassle and frustration and find a company that cares about their customers."
