Eddie Mullens called me back very fast and setup an appointment for the appraisal. He advised us on a different type of surfacing that was both cheaper and way more than we had dreamed of. We have a very long circular driveway that was 30+ year old asphalt. Tommy and his team dealt with all the grass/weeds, cracks, roots, and large holes. They got it all fixed up and re-paved with asphalt in one day. Fast work and turned out great! Very happy with job done. Very Professional - This was a time critical job since I desired to put house on market in immediate future. Mr. Jefferys was professional during & timely in providing job inspection and quote. Demolition of existing concrete driveway & sidewalk was efficiently & effectively executed as agreed on the morning of day one and base installed and compacted in the afternoon. The following morning asphault was placed and compacted to specifications. In addition he dressed the edges of both the drive & sidewalk with fresh topsoil. Mr. Jefferys and his employees had all heavy equipment necessary of the complete project efficiently & professionally. He maintained a clean workplace throughout the project and provided a one year warranty on materials & workmanship. I would not hesitate to hire him again & heartily recommend both the quality of his work and egarness to insure a truly exceptional conclusion to the project

Everyone other estimate wanted between 6,000-10,000 they quoted me at 3,800. They removed all the old ashpalt without even bumping my flower bed. The used 2000lbs per square inch asphalt which was re-enforeced it at 6 inches thick. The work is solid. It only took them 8 days. It was quick and they did more than I had requested

"First introduction to 1 Roof Atlanta was a "storm chaser". We had a recent hail storm and a rep showed up at our door to offer a damage assessment.
<br /> We had considered calling someone after the extensive local storm, but had not pursued it. I was leery of anyone just showing up at the door, but the rep demonstrated his expertise and finesse when he scheduled an appointment with our insurance company on the spot.
<br /> On the date of the insurance review, 1 Roof Atlanta's rep spent considerable time with our adjustor. The result was a check on the spot for replacement of the roofing material, less depreciation. (Depreciation would be funded upon completion of a completed work receipt under our "replacement cost" policy terms.)
<br /> The work crew that showed for the job arrived bright and early, but their start was put off by a 2 hour rain. They waited patiently to start. I was concerned that the job would be hurried by the delay, but the crew worked diligently well past when I expected they would otherwise leave, finishing up in the dusk.
<br /> The finished job was near flawless and better than I had hoped for. There were some nails left in the gutter and garden bed, since clean up had been problematic in the dark. They returned to clean things up.
