"Called Marcus and he was in the middle of a job he told me he could come by and see me later in the day. He came and identified the item that needed to be replaced went to Lowes at 7pm and bought the part returned and installed. I found Marcus to be very courteous and proficient and planning to use him in the future for other handy man work."
