I call and spoke with David . I asked do you charge to come out? He said no we do not. He sent 2 pros Bryan and Cody. They arrived promptly and were very friendly. 2 outlets in my master bath wasn't working. He came in tested the outlets and asked me if I have another bath. Yes, I replied He goes on the other bath press the GFI button came back to the master bath stated problem fixed. I was super happy!! So I asked how much ? He quoted me $200 I said for a 30 sec repair. I asked why are you charging me $200? You didn't have to repair anything. You just pushed a button. He then said the service charge is $200. I said, when I booked this appt I asked David was there a service call charge he said no. I then call David and asked what are you charging me for? He said the pro will reduce the cost when he come back inside. They wanted to replace the GFI outlet just to get $200 ridiculous!! I said no it's working . How much $125 not happy $75 would have been fair to me the customer

They contacted me right away after I submitted a request, and gave me a quote over txt after I shared some photos of my project. They came out the NEXT day and completed my project for a reasonable price. The quality was great, the price was competitive, and their communication was timely. The did show up a bit late, but they did a fantastic job!! I works good them again.

David Hardeman did excellent job.He installed 220-240 Circuit for my tesla car& installed the charger.He is very professional and quality of work was great. I will hire him and strongly recommend everyone for other jobs .

David Hardeman and his assistant Nate Toussaint did an excellent job installing dedicated 220 circuit for my new Kia Sportage plugin. Everything went smoothly and they came up with a more efficient route to take for snaking new line. David was great in allowing his assistant to have input. - something seldom seen! David also put in a whole house surge protector which necessitated an addition to my breaker box. They cleaned up after themselves as well!! I will definitely use them for some additional jobs I thought of the minute they drove away!!

The service provider David was very knowledgeable and experience, and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I was very impressed with his knowledge and workmanship.

David was absolutely amazing! Being a Master Electrician, his level of expertise was impressive. His customer service was excellent. His knowledge and understanding of my needs was absolutely outstanding. He was able to walk me through the process in layman terms, which makes me very comfortable. He was very responsive and respectful of my time requirements. Davidâ s rate was very reasonable and I will DEFINITELY have him work on other upcoming projects. VERY PLEASED & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
