My furniture was fully wrapped to prevent damage. The movers were friendly and very professional. We moved out of a huge apartment building and the freight elevator and loading dock was almost 2 blocks away. I discussed the need for carts and dollies with the person who booked the move and the movers came with everything they needed to complete the move in a timely manner. Although we were paying by the hour, we did not think that there was any unnecessary delays. Very satisfied and would hire them again!"
