"I called Crawlspace Doctor and the representative came and inspected our space later that day. I had received a strong recommendation on this co. from a friend. Our National termite control company had told us we needed some remedial work. The Crawlspace rep quoted me a price that day which was about 1/2 of the termite company for the same general work scope. I said to go ahead. Completely satisfied with the service."

"After trying to get several other companies to answer phone calls and schedule an appointment, the dispatcher was very friendly and quickly took down my information and told me that I would receive a phone call soon, up to 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive at my house. about 2 hours later I received a phone call from the plumber who said they were about 10 minutes from my house. I met them at the house where the plumber quickly determined the problem was a hair clog and he unclogged two shower drains in about 45 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that the drains were running clear. While trying to open one of the drains the cover was broken, he tried to replace it, but determined that the age of the fixture was too old for what he had on had. He told me he would have to special order a new drain cover. He recommended that I instead visit a home improvement store where i could purchase a generic cover for $1-$2, a much cheaper alternative.

My office manager paid for the work without confirming that it had been completed. I had 5 stumps that had not been ground. I contacted the company, having little faith that they would return in my lifetime to complete this work. They answered the phone, scheduled a time, came back and did what they said they would. Nice to work with a company that has integrity."
