He provided pictures of the problems he found, addressed all of my concerns and told me what it would take to repair my roof instead of trying to sell me a new one. He stood behind his word and kept his commitment. I checked him out on Angie's List and Home Advisor prior to calling, and after meeting with him, I could tell that he valued his customers and their opinions.   I called at least 5 of Angie's list roofers. He responded immediately. Others took hours even days to get back to me. In fact, Langley finished my job before the number one rated roofer even bothered to call me back. Mr. Langley is smart, professional and very good at what he does. AND he is living in the 21st century, employing all means of communication including phone, email and text. He is the first roofer I've worked with that responds to you in real time via text and he doesn't make you want to take a shower when he's finished with your roof.   The detail roofing crew arrived right on time on a Monday morning. They came to the door and alerted me that they would be working on the roof. The weather was very overcast and bitterly cold but the crew had a great attitude. Eager to get to work and very professional. The forman introduced himself and asked permission to enter the backyard and discussed with me the best place to located materials and a dump truck for the removal of waste materials. The crew went to work immediately working quickly but safely to remove the old roof. The professional crew was great and worked quickly. Our house and yard was left clean and in great shape after the work was performed. The roof looks great and so far we have not had any problems.   Was expecting to need a complete new roof, so contacted several roofing companies to get estimates. Jeremy, the owner, called me back the same day I sent the email requesting the quote and set up a day to come inspect the roof. He was at the house exactly when he said he would be there, grabbed his ladder, went up on the roof and took pictures of problem areas he identified. The other companies that gave me estimates didn't even go up on the roof to inspect it, but instead only looked at the size of the roof and estimated how much it would be to replace it. Jeremy actually told me that the roof still had about 6-7 years of life to it, so he didn't think replacing it was necessary at this time. He told me he could clean up the roof with a stain remover, fix the problem areas he identified and make the roof look like new. The corners of our gutters were leaking where the caulk had deteriorated, so Jeremy said they could reseal those to stop the leaks. We also have A LOT of trees around our house, so he recommended putting screens on my gutters, so they would work better and need less maintenance in the future. We agreed. Due to his professionalism and expertise, he saved me probably $15,000+ in not getting the entire roof replaced, fixed all the problems I was having and made the roof look like new. He was very responsive to any questions I had and did everything he said he would do, how he said he would do it and when he said he would do it. When I do need the entire roof replaced, he will be the first person I call!show more

  It went well. They spent a couple hours on the job and the roof looks great. One small complaint was that some of my shrubs got some of the bleach solution on them, which made the leaves turn brown. The contractor did what they could to shield the plants, and also rinsed the driveway and sidewalks.
