We called Brian King Roofing after several others either didn't call back or simply didn't show up. Lauren was excellent to talk with and Ryan was able to dispatch his crew for the repair in a little over two hours. The repair was done well and done efficiently. Will definitely call them for any future roofing needs and you should too.

They did a very good job, repaired some damaged parts of roof. The new roof still looks great. Highly recommend.

Ron's team was responsive and his follow-up was excellent including his personal site presence. Every one I met were friendly, professional, and they were quick to address my concerns, I can be picky and his team was clearly customer focused including his office staff. Everything promised was done. Came when promised, completed as promised. Cleaned up wonderfullly when finished.

Mr. King and his staff conducted this project with outstanding professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.  The day after our first contact, Mr. King was on the roof and provided a reasonable estimate, which turned out to be the final price.  There were no surprises and no add-ons to the cost.  Throughout the relatively short process, Mr. King's office staff, especially Donna,  kept us informed and assisted with color choice.  I would definitely recommend this roofing company.

I was not in a hurry, so they showed up in a reasonable fashion.  Did the work in one day in a professional manner.  I had a problem with the trim and what was used to finish the job in one day (they substituted a slightly different trim so they could finish the job in one day, understandably).  I complained about it, and they replaced the trim in question, which took quite a bit of work, including removal and replacement of shingles that was above and beyond what was needed.

Clean up was good, not excellent, but that is to be expected.  There was a few pieces of shingles and nails left, but not in critical places, such as driveway. 

Landscaping was, for the most part, protected, although my Mondo grass was quite trampled.

Long story short, and in fairness, I am quite picky (I am an architect, which I did not indulge with them), I would highly recommend this contractor for residential roofing projects. 

PS:  The foreman was professional and cooperative.

Brian King Roofing installed a metal roof on our cabin in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, replacing an old asphalt shingle roof. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we are highly pleased with the appearance and quality of the new roof. The entire crew, from the owner to the newest worker, was pleasant, courteous, and devoted to making it a good experience for us homeowners.
 
Ryan and two coworkers arrived punctually to estimate the job. They answered all our immediate questions along with several follow-up queries. They were quite straightforward and direct to deal with, and offered a very competative price
 
After contracting for the job, they began work as soon as the materials were delivered. Again, the entire crew was not only very courteous, but also flexible and creative in solving the inevitable problems uncovered when the old roof was removed. Despite the complicated roofline of our cabin with multiple slopes, they fitted the metal to it very well. The finished roof looks great.
 
Overall, we are very pleased and strongly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Had some water intrusion from damage on roof; that all stopped after these repairs were done.
Didn't take very long and Mr. King and his son were very courteous and professional.
Also received a quote for new roof, but have not decided on that yet.

They were very competitive price wise and very responsive in making arrangements.  The job was done in two days and they kept the worksite clean and roofing tacks out of our yard.  Would highly recommend them in the future.
