"They promptly returned our call for service, scheduled an agreeable time to look at our shower floor for an estimate, and efficiently completed the work. Mr. Perkins was friendly and courteous. He and his helper were considerate of our home, cleaned up when finished. Importantly, he used the correct product for our shower floor grout. We had another contractor previously who came 3 times over several months without successfully fixing our problem. Mr. Perkins seemed knowledgeable and skillful. A pleasure to work with."
