"The latest visit diagnosed a failed ignition valve which needed to be ordered and replaced. They arrived promptly, assessed, diagnosed and ordered the parts immediately. It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."

"Two months of this guy banging on my roof. It's crazy to show up to a job without what you need and act like it's somebody else's fault that it's not done. Landlord hired this company to repair our roof but they need to use our electricity to power their tool. Tech was real adamant about us operating on their time but when I asked about any compensation (to run up the electric bill with industrial equipment) he's suddenly got no answers. He also slid in that they need to wrap it up to get a hole filled in so the heat doesn't escape our bedroom. Not to mention that due to this it sounds like they're literally working in the room. This has been going on for over a month. So we've been cranking the heat confused as to why it is so cold in the bedroom, they definitely should have mentioned that prior to starting the repairs. It is December. To me it's insane to know all of this and not just take the loss and rent a generator or a battery rig to finish the job. Broke and unprofessional."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
