"I requested a visit and an estimate on a Friday afternoon and they were out at my house to work Tuesday morning. They did an wonderful job: beautiful work, efficient and cleaned up everything after they were done. They were hired to install LVP flooring in our upstairs; 3 bedrooms, with closets, and a hallway. "Chad was our technician. He was beyond fabulous. He quickly identified our problem, which was not, in fact, the thermostat and repaired it same day. He produced videos and showed us exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. Other technicians advised us we needed an entire new HVAC system, but Chad immediately advised us that was not the case and fixed the problem. He also returned the next day and connected two of our vents needing ductwork, all for an incredibly reasonable price. We would recommend Chad to anyone needing HVAC work.
