We had a wonderful experience with Roxine and her entire crew!  They were always on time (even early some days), professional, friendly, and neat.  If I saw anything that wasn't perfectly done, they fixed it immediately -- but there wasn't much that wasn't done perfectly the first time!  Roxine and her crew moved our furniture, swept and cleaned up after themselves each day and put our furniture back in place when the rooms were completed.  They were very attentive to the needs of my 86-year-old mother while completing our project as well!

As part of our painting project, we also had old carpet torn out and hardwood floors installed and crown molding and quarter round added to several rooms in our home.  Roxine worked closely with the folks doing that work as well so that everything was finished in a very timely manner.

We WILL be using Roxine's Paint Brush again when the weather warms up to paint our exterior doors and our porches -- can't wait for them to do that for us because I know they'll look as good as the interior now does!

"While they got the job done eventually and their customer services and techs were sweet, the company needs to be MUCH more crystal clear and upfront about a few things before they eagerly take payment. 1. This is not a company for novice clients as they only do work remotely and expect you to have all hardware properly installed before hand. So perhaps they should only sign up for software issues with clients like me who are hardware dummies. I had to struggle on my own for hours buying and trying to figure out where to plug items (again I am basically an old lady technophobe as they say). 2. They also don't make it clear that you are not scheduling an appt in the traditional sense but rather scheduling a position in a phone queue at say a time like 7 pm eastern. So you end up sitting by the phone at 7 pm for 45 minutes waiting for them to call (since apparently you are 10th in the queue). All this is fine, but it should be the first few things you bring up when someone works with you esp for 137 an hour as there are other local companies one can work with if they seek non remote service. In short, your people are great and sweet, but the upfront disclosure is lacking."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
