I contacted on Friday October 17th 2025 and met their Representative McKenzie Sheffield that following Monday morning. I showed her the damaged areas and she took the time to listen at what I wanted. None of this was covered by insurance but the estimate was several thousand cheaper than what I expected. I wasn?t sure what colored I wanted and she picked a beautiful color. The next day she sent her workers and most of the time you didn?t know they were in the house. These men work fast, quiet and quick. "The Company hired another contractor to do the Install, the tile caulking was not fininshed , they would not install the shower stall soap dish, after I instated and when they did theyu gave me a $7 metal soap dish for me to install,or even the drain spout I had to buy caulking around the tile they purchase to match the tile but I had to do it myself they left it on my front door. For the money I paid for a 1/2 bathroom in the master bedroom was ridiculas"
