"Mr. Chastain provided us with good communication, estimate, and honest advice. On the day of the job he experienced a flat tire, which was a big hassle for him no doubt. Yet, he still made it to the project since we were under a time crunch; the kids were in school next day. These telephone pole stumps had to be pulled out of playground area, since one child had been injured fairly bad upon falling on one of the poles already. The charge for the job was reasonable, and we are happy with the completed work. I would definitely hire Chastain Land Development again, and highly recommend this company."

They really went above and beyond what they told us they would do and made sure we were satisfied and answered all questions and told us to call anytime we had any questions. There was a hiccup with the install due to his team being over zealous but Russell owned the situation and worked until everything was resolved. The property was not properly slope according to the three individual professionals I've spoken to. He was not committed to his work. He got very defensive when I tried to talk to him and he keeps calling me his brother, but I'm not his brother I'm a client. The punctuality was a 1 star."
