I also offer handyman services, I have 18+ years experience in minor home repairs, such as plumbing, drywall repair, deck and fence repair, cement repair, framing and remodeling, and more. I am honest, fair, and if there is a job I am not qualified for, I will disclose that up front, rather than bumble along pretending I know how. Generally my business over the years has been from referral and word of mouth. I believe in delivering top quality work. I take my time, make sure all jobs are done right, I am very thorough, and emphasize attention to detail. I generally overbuild my jobs for strength and longevity, not sacrificing for cost-cutting measures, unless specifically required to do so.

"They rebuilt 4 large rotted Posts that anchor the stair railings on our wraparound front porch. The crew was skilled and friendly, initially doing a good job. Unfortunately, within a week, after the first big rain, the corner joints on the rebuilt posts began to separate & gaps appeared. I called Jim and he immediately an addressed the problem, sending a new crew who completely rebuilt all 4 posts. They stayed late to ensure the work was done properly. Many months later those posts all look great! There as no attempt to charge for the rework. It’s so refreshing to find a contractor with the integrity to throughly stand behind the quality of their work. We will define use them again."
