3. removed all insulation; tacked  up all wires to roof of crawl space; treated all joists with effective chemical to destroy mold
4. replaced vapor barrier on ground
5. attached heavy duty wrap to all walls (to within 4 inches of roof of space) and about all posts
6. placed new dehumidifier in center of space; programmed to maintain proper humidity level
7. attached lighting to illuminate space.

"The team worked at my house for 2 days.  Day one, the blew insulation in the 10" of insulation in my attic and began installing R19 insulation in the floorboards.
