"Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. "the workers had to take deck boards off the deck to be able to use a machine to dig down by the foundation. they did a good job replacing the boards, however they did not replace some side pieces and broke a garden hose. I have advised the company that I could have someone complete the job and acquire new hose or they could do it. I am awaiting a reply."
