"Todd Phillips did an amazing renovation of our 1950s rural family home built by my father who is now deceased. He would have been very happy with their work and the improvements that were made, and the reuse of some of the 100+ year old wood. My father actually recycled it from an old farmhouse that had once stood on the property. It is now a rustic backsplash in our new kitchen. Mr. Phillips was the only builder who responded to my request for a renovation estimate when our mother died several years ago. He came out and gave us a very fair price, but he knew then [he said] that it might be sometime before the job started. And it was. Years later I called him, and he remembered that time; we met and came to an agreement for the renovation of what was to become our retirement home. He is honest, communicates, offers professional and experienced advice, manages his subcontractors, and charges a fair price for the work.
