They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything they were doing so we knew what to expect. Very respectful, polite, and easy to communicate with. The attention to detail was excellent, especially around the edges and high traffic areas. You can tell they take pride in their work. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room. She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources. Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me. That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought. I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
