we had the company come out to inspect roof for a leak in the Fall. he patched up an area but the leak returned. he came out again and said the boots also needed a repair which he did. the roof was still leaking and I called him twice and left messages but have npt gotten a call back.

He guaranteed that the leaks would be fixed. He also told me he would draw me up a contract, and I have never seen it. My boyfriend took a hose to the roof to check and there were more leaks. They came back out and told us to let it dry. I tried calling to tell him about the other leaks, and he didn't answer. When I threatened to take him to court, he called back.
