Now they have a 200 gal tank on their truck, so the person that came DID NOT have a full tank, so they fill it less than halfway so when they get to the job site, they can fill the 200 gallons with the home owners or a job site they are at. So now the homeowner or the job site, owner or builder pays the water bill, plus their fees. Now they have more than one truck with a 200 gallon water tank, so how much water bill are they saving when they use other peoples water?"
