"Had the whole roof re done and it still leaks some spots on the domer on top don't even have nails in it . If you step on it you will definitely come down with it. You can visually see the nails shining in some areas. This is a very bad company to let do any type of work . I would not recommend him to anyone. And he doesn't deserve 0.5 star it should be more of a - 10 star which I think that to much of having a star."

"I cannot say enough good things about Southern Acres! I wish I could share before/after pictures of the excellent work they did at my house. Like many others after the devastation Helene inflicted, my yard was damaged beyond recognition....Five 40' trees down, limbs, bushes uprooted, etc. Travis, Jake and a small crew worked from early morning to late afternoon (non-stop except for a brief lunch break) to scrape out the debris. They cut back, trimmed, edged, and removed a huge trailer full of yard waste. They then put out new pine straw (rolled, the way I like it) and blew porch, walk and driveway. The transformation was nothing short of incredible. All the while, they were pleasant and professional. The price they quoted was fair, and they more than met my expectations. In fact, I was so satisfied with their work, I had them hired to maintain my employer's various properties. You will not be disappointed if you give them a call. I know I wasn't!"

Our insurance company was planning to not pay us for major damage we sustained during a wind storm that hit our house around Feb 2020. Even though water came into the house and was inside the wall, they told us that the damages were only worth about $2K or so and that it would be a cheap fix and the amount conveniently was below our deductible threshold. Mr. Jones was able to force the insurance company to pay out more than enough money for us to hire professionals to come out and rebuild most of the interior and some of the exterior wall where the water was coming from. If it wasn't for him, we would have been on the hook for several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Mr. Jones also took the time to look over our insurance policy to make sure that they hadn't hidden high deductibles on other items on our policy to prevent any future surprises. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Jones handled everything above and beyond the normal level of care and professionalism one would expect from an adjuster. He spent several hours at our home ensuring that any and all damages were fully accounted for and held the insurance company accountable for payment of the damage claims."

He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish.
