After reviewing several companies I decided to use Georgia Roof Advisors when my house needed a new roof. Their representative Shawn took the time to guide me through the process and provided his years of knowledge to answer all of my questions, specifically to a roof leak that I had multiple companies come and unsuccessfully attempt to repair. On the day of installation, Shawn, Chase, and the owner James were here with the crew making sure every detail was attended to and went smoothly. The crew worked hard and installed my entire large roof within ten hours. They cleaned up all of the old debris and left the site as clean as they began. I could not be more satisfied of the work and experience of this installation. I would highly recommend Georgia Roof Advisors for anyone who is searching for a company to either repair or install a new roof.

The team at Georgia Roof Advisors were professional from start to finish. We had some wind damage to our roof and interviewed several companies before deciding to go with Georgia Roof Advisors. The insurance company was being a bit difficult with our claim, however, the team at Georgia Roof advisors knows how to handle these types of situations. They were very thorough, responsive and communicated with us frequently throughout the process. Chase was excellent and took his time explaining the entire process from answering questions about the type of shingles to choose, the roof replacement process, to explaining the warranty details. Jas did an excellent job in providing the details on what to expect the day before the roof replacement. Their install team did an excellent job on the roof and with the clean up afterwards. When we had follow up questions about a spot on the inside on the ceiling that we thought maybe a leak, Darrell didn't hesitate to come back to re-inspect and address any concerns. He assured us that the spot was from settling and re-inspected the roof again. We went with the 3D architecture shingles and we are happy with the results...our roof looks great! If you want quality work from a quality company, Georgia Roof Advisors is top notch!

Overall it was a very good experience working with Georgia Roof Advisors. Naomi was a real pro, she understood my situation and got things moving within 48 hours. The roof consultant Chad came out and gave a thorough plan of options. I opted to do a repair and the work Tim did was superb. Great company I would recommend them to my friends.

I truly don't think I could say enough about Georgia Roof Advisors. I found them here on Angi's and had no information other than the reviews. First - I don't know a thing about roofs and had put off calling for estimates for fear of being taken advantage of. Justin arrived right on time. He explained everything. Incredibly patient and how to work with my insurance company. He even came back out with Darryl who inspected and gave recommendations. From there, when the project started until the end it was a breeze. The project manager, Randy and team arrived on time. The installers were organized and clearly experienced. They cleaned up my yard better than when they arrived. I was beyond pleased. Have even called them out for some additional work. Wish they did more than roofing!

They were fantastic. I needed two places sealed. They found other places that needed to be sealed and took care of them while they were on the roof and didn’t charge extra. I didn’t know there were still people out there like that!

We needed a new roof and after exhaustive research I chose Georgia Roof Advisors and our sales person was Jaymes Caldwell, To say I was impress would be an understatement! Ga In Georgia anyone can become a roofer you just need to get a business license! BUT less than 1% of the roofer in the nation can be a GAF Master Elite roofer Ga Roof Advisors is A+ Rated with the Better Business Bureau with 11 years in business! Not like many companies that tell you things like 10-30 years or more (By saying combined experience but that’s not the length of time the business has been around) Then the BBB shows them with a year or 2 and they aren’t even rated IE NR from the BBB GA Roof Advisors had a 4.9 rating from 89 reviews on one site and a 4.9 out of 171 reviews on another site. But what stood out was our sales person Jaymes! He took the time to explain how important it is to have a company that is Master Elite Certified and how hard it is to receive that certification. How Lots of roofers say they are Certified by a company but that doesn’t mean that they can offer the Level of warranty like we received. James Explained that the Golden Pledge Ltd Warranty from GAF was far and above the rest and here is a few things that stuck our in our minds: • 25 Year Labor Warranty (even if the installing company is no longer in business) This may not sound like much but I’m sure you have invested in buying something that when you needed the warranty the company that sold it is not around anymore. • Lifetime warranty on our shingles • 10 years that we won’t have the Algae stains on the roof • No Maximum Speed limitation on wind damage to our roof for 15 years! • That 1/3 of the Roofs installed by a GAF Master Elite contractor will be checked by GAF to ensure that they are properly installed. • He had their Liability and Workmen’s Companies Insurance policy send from the insurance company to us with our name on it not just some blanket insurance document. He had this sent to us BEFORE they started work so we new that we were covered. He showed us how their insurance policy didn’t have the Owner and Officer Exclusion box checked (which means if something happens there may be no coverage) • Deductible we asked could they wave the deductible and they said that that is against the law in GA for a Roofer to adjust the bill or not collect the deductible and how both the roofing company and homeowner can get in trouble for this. He did however tell me that GAF has a $250 Rebate for Veterans! • He explained that due to our roof being installed before 2014 that we didn’t have a drip edge which is now required by GA Law and our Insurance company will pay for that and how important it was to keep things like Pesky Squirrels and Rats etc. out of our Attic. • He told us that he would be here when our insurance company came out to inspect our roof to ensure that they would see the damage we actually have vs maybe not getting the coverage we should receive. • He went over all of our options on our shingles as well as the advantages of getting a Ridge Vent installed. • Jaymes also explained the 8 steps to getting a roof replaced and how they addressed all 8 of them on every roof that they replace. • What really surprised me was he looked in our attic and saw that we had something called Tech Shield that was attached to our roofing boards that helps reduce our energy usage and if not replaced with the same type board could affect our A/Cs ability to cool our home and our energy usage. • Jaymes worked with our insurance company to make sure that they properly paid for the damage caused by our roof leak that included ceiling repairs and having to move our items in 2 rooms into a storage container and all this was covered by the insurance. Prior to installation the owner of the company James Gadson came out to review what we were going to do and be sure that we had all of our questions answered. The day of installation was wonderful the workers were very respectful and friendly. GA Roof Advisors had a Job Superintendent onsite to ensure all went well. After Installation Jaymes was there for us to ensure all of our expectations were met Bottom line I strongly suggest to use GA Roof Advisors and if Jaymes is your sales person then you are indeed fortunate. In closing I saw another company put roofs on our neighbors’ home, and after seeing what Ga Roof Advisors did with our roof I was surprised to see the steps that the other company didn’t do!

It went great. I left a message on Angies List and they emailed me the next morning requesting specific information to set up a free roof inspection. Randy sent his experienced roofer, Victor, whom was on time. He assessed the roof and took many pictures. He gave me the estimate and explained the details of the repair. We then set up a day to do the work and they came and completed the job in a timely manner. The shingles around the entire house at the gutters line look great.

Danny was amazing!! He advised me of the services that needed to be done right away, gave me a for price and explained the pricing in detail and did the work the SAME DAY!! I was amazed. We had some hail damage on our roof from a couple years ago and when it started raining like it does in Georgia, it started leaking. I interviewed a couple roofing companies because I never had to go through anything like this. Ultimately, I choose GA Roof Advisors because the first time I called I actually spoke with someone, they understood my stress and took the time to answer all the questions I had with no pressure or sales tactic, and came and did a evaluation for free. We ended up needing to replace the whole roof. The work was done as scheduled and completed on time, and now I have a beautiful new roof! I couldn't recommend this company enough!

Very, very good and professional. The supervisor; Brad Anderson was there early in the morning and never left until it was all cleaned up. One of my neighbors used another company, which took well over a week to do what this company did in 1 day. They had a crew of about 10, started around 7:00 am were finished the same day around 7:00 pm. I would recommend them and have to others.

GA Roof Advisors visited my house. They found storm and hail damage. Insurance company agreed. They did a very professional one day installation. They removed old rood, installed new 30-lb felt (twice the insurance recommendation), architectural shingles "Weathered Wood" with 50 year warranty, roof vents, and edging. They cleaned everything up and finished in one day. Excellent Job! The insurance company put together a cost to repair. Insurance paid for everything - my deductible. I paid an additional $500 to get the 50 year warranty on architectural shingles and the company upgraded the felt padding including the edging. The pictures show before the renovation, the removal of the roofing, and after new roof. Now my roof will be good for another 50 years. How awesome is that!
