They were able to finish everything in a very timely manner which was great. Throughout the whole process if there was something that did not meet our standards we could bring it up with them and they would work with us to get it exactly right. It was so smooth and easy. Casebier Construction-The Whole House DoctorBob is amazing. I was new to town and was lucky enough to find Bob on this service. He can literally build a house from the ground up if needed. I bought a bank owned property and it was trashed by former owners. Bob came in, gave a fair assessment and provided excellent professional work on time and in line with his estimate. He always provided recipes for items purchased on my behalf. In addition, he always gives you many options in terms of saving money or going higher end. Depends on what you want to do with the property. He painted inside and out and it came out great. He redid both bathrooms from full demo to completed product and it came out great. Having a contractor you can trust and not have to chase down is his biggest asset. He just gets it done, it’s done on time and it’s fantastic quality and price.- John W.

Lar Con Construction IncOn November 18, we had an unfortunate mishap at my house. Someone crashed through my garage door, hitting my parked car and slamming it into my load-bearing bathroom wall. My car was trapped in the garage and there was cold air leaking into the bathroom. I will first start by praising God nobody was hurt. And now I will express my appreciation for Lar-Con Construction. Mr. Rowland and his crew were professional and courteous. The excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail given to this project were phenomenal as well as the timeliness in getting the project done. Lar-Con was there on Thanksgiving Week to start the project. The crew showed up when they said they would - every time. They made sure floors and walls were protected while they did their work and cleaned up every day before they left. Mr. Rowland kept in contact with me on this project and was always available whenever I had questions. My new garage door works better than ever. The wall looks like there was never any damage and the bathroom looks wonderful, even better than the original. I would hire Lar-Con Construction again in a heartbeat. Lowe's Home ImprovementI am utterly broken-hearted with my Murphy Lowes experience. Paid $6600 back in October 2020 for windows that were installed incorrectly. It is now May 2021 and I still have windows that are not flush with the house and will not open or close! They sent their own inspector MONTHS AGO that agreed all windows were installed incorrectly and need to be replaced. Despite this, I have had no response from Lowe’s. I go into the store, I call head office, I call Cathy Vogt (my Lowe’s salesperson), I’ve called and emailed district manager Josh Morgan every day for 4 months and NOTHING. Nothing at all. It it a terrible way to treat a customer that just spent $63k with your store. I used Lowe’s for my entire home remodel (New floors, cabinets, countertops, gutters, patio rebuild, all new appliances, backsplash, everything - I was such a happy customer until this nightmare!- Shara A.
